Wyedean Stores offers a variety of postage options. Choose from: 

  1. UK Standard Delivery - Between £2.95 and £4.95 (3-5 working days)
  2. UK Next Day Delivery - £8.95 (Available for orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thu, not available for Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
  3. Channel Islands - £4.95 (2-3 working days)
  4. European Delivery – £16.25 (Tracked delivery 1 week)
  5. Worldwide Delivery - £24.00 (Tracked delivery. 2-3 weeks) 

Please Note

  • Duty and VAT are the responsibility of the customer for EU sales
  • Orders are not processed on Fridays.
  • The above delivery guidelines are estimates and Royal Mail delivery schedules can vary.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.

Returns Policy

You may return any item for a refund as long as it is received by us within 14 days of you receiving your original order. You are responsible for the return costs unless the item is faulty. If the goods have already been dispatched but have not yet reached you, you will still be liable for return costs.

Returns are not accepted for 1-metre cut lengths within our Haberdashery collection.

We will refund the price you paid, including sale items. If you wish to return goods but are unable to send them to us, any refund will be at our discretion.

  • All goods will be inspected upon return, and returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items back.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • We are not responsible for items returned by mistake.
  • While the original dispatch packaging is not required, items should be securely packaged, and returned items should include tags and any packaging where possible.
  • If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.

    Refund Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means your returned item must be received by us within 14 days of the date you received your original order.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wyedean.com. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and should provide proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they are properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
