This Gulf Medal 1990-1991 Nylon/Cotton Medal Ribbon Slider with rosette has a width of 32mm. The Gulf Medal 1990-1991 was a British campaign medal awarded for service during the Gulf War. The medal was presented to officers and men of the British Forces who served in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The medal ribbon featured a sand/ beige background with dark blue, light blue and red striped down either side. A rosette is usually worn to indicate multiple award bars or the number of times a merit or distinguished service has been awarded.
