This Naval General Service Medal Nylon/Cotton Medal Ribbon has a width of 32mm. The Naval General Service Medal (NG SM) was awarded to recognise service by the Royal Navy and Royal Marines in minor campaigns that would otherwise not earn a specific campaign medal. The ribbon features a crimson background with three white stripes.
