This NATO Balkans Non Article 5 Nylon/Cotton Medal Ribbon Slider has a width of 38mm. The NATO Balkans Non Article 5 medal is an international military decoration awarded to US Forces who entered the Balkan theatre on or after 1st January 2003. The ribbon is blue with a central white and silver stripe.
