These silver oakleaf lace sword slings, backed in maroon leather, are worn by Vice Lords, Lord and Deputy Lieutenants.
Sizes
- Extra Small: 9" or 22.5cm open, 5" or 13cm closed
- Small: 12" or 30.5cm open, 7.5" or 20cm closed
- Medium: 15" or 38cm open, 10.5" or 27cm closed
- Large: 18" or 46cm open, 13.5" or 35cm closed
Please note: These sword slings do not come with the webbing waist belt. The waist belt can be purchased here
The short sling is worn at the back and fastens on to the lower end of the sword scabbard. The short sling fastens and holds the top of the scabbard. The handle of the sword should hang so it is in line with the palm of your hand when standing.
