This Operational Service Medal Sierra Leone Medal Nylon/Cotton Medal Ribbon has a width of 32mm. The Operational Service Medal for Sierra Leone has been awarded since 2000 for service on any of five operations in Sierra Leone. The ribbons features a red stripe in the centre, with a navy blue stripe, light blue and green.
