Description
This Ulster Defence Regiment Medal Nylon/Cotton Medal Ribbon has a width of 32mm. The Ulster Defence Regiment Medal was awarded to part time members of the regiment for long service, of twelve years or more. The medal was replaced in 1992 by the Norther Ireland Home Service Medal. The ribbon features a dark green background with a golden tallow stripe and two thin red stripes. Many of Wyedean's braids, tapes, cords, trims, ribbons and narrow fabrics are manufactured in-house in the UK, and have many varied applications with the military and other armed forces. These braids and laces can also be used in other areas such as craft, design or textile projects.
